1. General terms and conditions

These general conditions of sale apply strictly to all sales of products made in Spain, including the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands by DANIEL BARI Y4554204B, hereinafter referred to as DANIEL BARI to natural persons.

Any order placed with DANIEL BARI necessarily implies, as an essential, determining and indispensable condition, the unreserved acceptance by the Customer of the General Conditions of Sale of DANIEL BARI in force on the day on which the corresponding order is placed. Furthermore, the Customer acknowledges that acceptance of these conditions shall imply their application to the order to which they refer, as well as to any subsequent order, with the exception of those cases in which new conditions are brought to their attention by DANIEL BARI. The fact that DANIEL BARI does not have recourse to any of these conditions at any given time shall not be construed as or be equivalent to waiving recourse to them in the future or in the past.

Applicable law and competent jurisdiction. The interpretation and execution of the conditions, as well as all acts that are a consequence of them, shall be subject to Spanish law, unless there are public policy provisions to the contrary.

2. Prices

The prices published in DANIEL BARI are in Euros and are valid unless there is a typographical error. All prices include the VAT applicable on the day of the order, any change of VAT rate will be automatically applied to the prices of the products on sale at DANIEL BARI.

Offers on products on sale at DANIEL BARI will be displayed in the “Offers” section or indicated on the product sheet and, unless otherwise indicated, will be valid as long as they are displayed on the screen.

3. Different methods of payment

When placing the order, the customer may freely choose to pay for purchases made at DANIEL BARI by:

  • Bank transfer.
  • Bank card
  • Cash on delivery

4. Product

The offers presented by DANIEL BARI are valid within the limit of available stock. DANIEL BARI reserves the right to modify the range of products according to the constraints imposed by its suppliers.

The photographs, graphics and descriptions of the products offered for sale are for information purposes only and do not in any way commit the seller DANIEL BARI.

5. Shipping

The products purchased will be delivered to the person and address indicated in the order.
By default, invoices will be sent to the email address indicated by the customer when registering with DANIEL BARI.
On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, there will be no delivery of orders.
However, any delay will not imply the cancellation of the order or any compensation whatsoever.
An order is considered delivered when the carrier delivers the parcel(s) to the customer and the customer signs the delivery receipt document. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the condition of the goods on receipt and to indicate any anomalies on the delivery note.

6. Return and cancellation policies

6.1 Return of goods

Our policy, in compliance with current regulations, is to grant you the right to return any article, with the exception of earrings (for reasons of hygiene) purchased at DANIEL BARI within 7 days from the date of receipt.

The article purchased at DANIEL BARI, returned in its original packaging, sealed and in perfect condition, will be accepted.

WILL BE EXEMPT FROM ANY EXCHANGE OR RETURN THOSE ITEMS THAT HAVE SUFFERED ANY DAMAGE AFTER RECEIPT THUS CANCELING ANY OPTION FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE, AS WELL AS THOSE PENDING FOR REASONS OF HYGIENE.

Within a maximum period of 15 days of receipt of the return DANIEL BARI undertakes to reimburse you.

Before making the return, you will have to communicate it to the Customer Service Department by means of our contact form.

If the reason for the return is that the returned item is defective or does not correspond to what was requested in the order, DANIEL BARI will bear the cost of the return and new shipment. If the reason for the return is that the order does not satisfy you, we will reimburse the amount but not the shipping costs or the return costs.

6.2 Cancellation of an order

If the order is cancelled before the goods are dispatched, no costs will be charged to the customer. In the case of a cancellation after the order has been dispatched, the customer shall bear the shipping costs as well as the costs of returning the same order.
