Return and refund policy

At Starwhite hemp we want you to have the best possible shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you have the option to return it within 14 working days of receipt at your home address.

Before making the return, the customer must notify Starwhite hemp by e-mail (stating name and surname, order details and reason for return) to the e-mail address
Returns will not be accepted without prior notification nor will returns be accepted carriage forward as a general rule.

Starwhite hemp will bear the cost of return in the event of a shipping error or manufacturing defect. For this purpose, Starwhite hemp will take charge of the shipment and after verifying the validity of the error or manufacturing defect of the product, will pay the amount equivalent to the shipping costs to the customer’s account. In the event that there is no manufacturing defect or error in the shipment, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to exchange or return their order within the aforementioned period of legal guarantee of return of products.

The refund of amounts will be made by bank transfer to the account indicated by the customer or in the same form of payment made by the customer, within a maximum period of 10 working days

In the case of international shipments, you must also indicate the tracking number of the order assigned by the transport company.
If the product is suitable for return, you will receive an email within 24 hours with instructions on how to return it.

Do returns have a cost?

The return costs are assumed by the company, after verifying the validity of the error or manufacturing defect of the product and prior communication within 14 working days of receipt of the product at your home.
